Emirates Airlines has unveiled its inaugural travel store in West Africa, located in Accra, Ghana, reflecting the airline’s dedication to enhancing customer service, travel planning, and retail presence across the continent.
The new Emirates Travel Store offers a unique, immersive experience that extends beyond traditional ticketing. Visitors can explore Emirates’ services, preview aircraft interiors, and receive expert travel advice from knowledgeable Emirates staff in an interactive environment.
“This is not just an office; it is a whole experience,” said Adil Al Ghaith, Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations – Centre, at the official opening. “Customers can walk in and get a feel of what it is like to fly with Emirates – from seat previews to our A380 lounge concept. It is part of our commitment to enrich the customer journey while showcasing our brand and hospitality in a dynamic way.”
