In 2025, the United Arab Emirates introduced the Blue Visa, a new visa category aimed at attracting distinguished professionals contributing to environmental protection, sustainability, and clean energy. The visa offers multiple-entry access with a 180-day validity and the possibility of a 10-year residency permit.
Managed by the UAE’s Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP), the program targets scientists, researchers, investors, entrepreneurs, and specialists in green sectors.
