JetBlue has unveiled Paisly, a brand-new travel products booking platform that replaces its previous JetBlue Travel Products service.
Paisly transforms the airline’s platform from a simple internal tool into a full-service, tech-enabled managed travel services company. As a wholly owned subsidiary of JetBlue, Paisly will manage all non-air ancillary services in-house, including hotel contracting, marketing, and customer care.
The platform will also collaborate with other airlines and integrate with loyalty programs. Travelers can earn and redeem points or miles on bookings such as hotels, rental cars, activities, and baggage fees. Paisly offers personalized travel recommendations and provides 24/7 customer service support.
Additionally, Paisly will support JetBlue’s new partnership with United Airlines. Under this agreement, Paisly will manage United’s direct-to-consumer non-air travel products, including packages, hotels, rental cars, cruises, activities, and insurance. These services were previously handled by third parties. United’s providers are now being integrated into the Paisly platform.
