Tashi Delek, Tibet, China 2025 International Travel Agents Inbound Tourism Negotiation Conference Kicks Off in Lhasa

On June 8, the “Tashi Delek, Tibet, China” 2025 International Travel Agents Inbound Tourism Cooperation Negotiation Conference, supported by the Bureau of International Exchanges and Cooperation of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and hosted by the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Tibet Autonomous Region, was held in Lhasa.

During the conference, nearly a hundred travel agents from 17 countries, as well as those from Hong Kong and Macau, China, engaged in cooperation negotiations with over twenty local travel agents in the Tibet Autonomous Region. The aim is to further boost the cooperation between international travel agents and domestic tourism enterprises, and enhance the quality and influence of China’s inbound tourism.

He also said that the Bureau has always been committed to building an open and win – win tourism exchange platform. Inviting international travel agents to Tibet for on – site inspections is to leverage their professional perspectives and rich experience to tap into the market potential of Tibet’s cultural and tourism resources, innovate and enrich inbound tourism products, create high – quality inbound tourism routes with international influence and competitiveness, and enable the world to better appreciate the unique charm of Tibet, China.
