InterContinental Hotels & Resorts announced the signing of a cooperation agreement for voco Scenia Bay Nha Trang. This development project is completed by Nha Trang Bay JSC, a member of the GreenSpark Group, and the hotel is scheduled to commence operations around the end of 2025.
Situated in the coastal city of Nha Trang, voco Scenia Bay Nha Trang will feature 250 rooms spread across 28 floors, offering panoramic sea views. Positioned strategically within Nha Trang Bay JSC’s major real estate development project, the new hotel will provide a wide array of facilities. These include swimming pools, multiple dining options, bars, and conference facilities. It is less than an hour away from Cam Ranh International Airport and close to popular local attractions such as Nha Trang Beach, Ponagar Temple, and Rong Hai Market.
voco Scenia Bay Nha Trang marks the fourth hotel of InterContinental Hotels Group’s brands in Nha Trang. The other three branded hotels are InterContinental Nha Trang, InterContinental Nha Trang Residences, and Six Senses Ninh Van Bay. This new addition further enriches the group’s portfolio in the region, strengthening its presence in the vibrant Vietnamese tourism market.
