First in Service Travel (F1S) has officially rolled out its after-hours support service, branded as F1S Service Around the Sun, now fully operational for travel advisors. The initiative, which had a soft launch in March, will be available to F1S clients starting this fall.
F1S CEO Fernando Gonzalez emphasized that the key differentiator of their service, compared to others in the industry, is that it is staffed by F1S employees. “This means the person on the other end of the line has a personal stake in the success of every advisor and client interaction,” Gonzalez said, noting the service aligns with F1S’s Fanat1cal Service pillar, which is part of its broader One Global Network philosophy.
With F1S Service Around the Sun, travel advisors will now have reliable, dedicated support after hours, ensuring they can offer seamless assistance to their clients at any time of day.
