In celebration of the 60th anniversary of normalized diplomatic relations, Japan and South Korea will offer priority immigration lanes at select airports for one month, starting immediately through June.
The lanes, open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., will be available to passport holders from each country who have visited the other within the past year. Travelers can expect faster immigration processing, though some pre-arrival procedures will apply.
The participating airports include:
Japan: Haneda Airport (Terminal 3) and Fukuoka Airport
South Korea: Gimpo International Airport (Seoul) and Gimhae International Airport (Busan)
This initiative aims to facilitate smoother travel and strengthen ties between the two nations.
