This year, the Management Office of Dezhou Jinxiuchuan Scenic Area has actively explored a “Green Space +” model, leveraging its unique advantages to integrate idle resources. The once single-function green belts now incorporate diverse business format such as children’s playgrounds, camping areas, food courts, barbecue bars, and music performances, merging green spaces with cultural, sports, and artistic functions. This transforms green areas from mere urban decorations into vibrant platforms energizing the city.
While expanding green spaces, the scenic area aims to create “smooth, clean, and beautiful” open areas through meticulous management:
Dynamic cleaning: Regular water plant weeding and deep cleaning of main/secondary paths. Dozens of cleaners and flushing vehicles conduct high-frequency patrols; public toilets are maintained spotless, with sufficient trash bins to avoid secondary pollution.
Enhanced supervision: Adopting “flexible law enforcement + civilized guidance,” staff patrol 24/7 to discourage uncivilized behaviors like open-fire barbecues and lawn damage. Visitors are provided with sharing area regulations to promote “leave no trace” tourism.
Safety guarantees: Technical personnel regularly inspect facilities (electrical lines, playground equipment, railings), equip fire extinguishers, and keep emergency exits clear. Warning signs and life-saving equipment are set up near water bodies, with established joint response mechanisms with river management, police, fire, and medical departments.
By ensuring “seamless management and zero-distance service,” the scenic area aims to balance ecological and economic benefits of urban green spaces, promoting harmonious coexistence of people, commerce, city, and parklands to share green welfare with citizens.
