IFA Berlin has announced special travel and accommodation packages for attendees of its 2025 edition, aiming to make the world’s largest home and consumer technology trade show more accessible and enjoyable for trade visitors, exhibitors, and media.
“IFA Berlin stands for technological innovation and strong networks—but also for a well-thought-out visitor experience,” said Leif Lindner, CEO of IFA Management GmbH. “With our travel and accommodation offers, we make access to IFA and the visit to Berlin as uncomplicated and pleasant as possible.”
To support this goal, IFA has partnered with Deutsche Bahn AG and the Lufthansa Group to provide exclusive discounts on transportation for both domestic and international travelers.
German attendees will be able to book discounted train tickets starting July 1, 2025. These fares will include free city tickets for easier transfers and complimentary first-class seat reservations. The discounts apply to travel between September 3 and 11, 2025, and can be booked through the official IFA booking portal.
International visitors can also benefit from reduced airfares on Lufthansa Group’s Classic and Flex ticket options. These rates will be available from more than 310 global destinations. The discounts do not apply to the airline’s Green and Economy Light fares.
IFA Berlin 2025 is expected to draw a global audience, and these new travel incentives aim to create a smoother, more cost-effective experience for all attendees.
