The 29th edition of SATTE (South Asia’s Travel & Tourism Exchange), organised by Informa Markets India, emphatically reaffirmed its status as Asia’s leading travel trade exhibition. Held from February 19–21, 2025, at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi, SATTE 2025 recorded its strongest-ever participation and performance across all key metrics, setting new standards for scale, satisfaction, and strategic business impact.
With over 2,000 exhibitors representing 50+ countries and 28 Indian States and Union Territories, alongside a record-breaking attendance of more than 40,000 trade visitors, SATTE 2025 was the largest and most influential travel industry gathering in the region.
The event also featured over 800 buyers and 250 international hosted buyers under SEPC’s ATITHI programme, fostering high-value B2B networking and driving meaningful outcomes throughout the travel, tourism, and hospitality ecosystem.
Independent validation by Explori, the global exhibition benchmarking firm, confirmed SATTE’s industry-leading satisfaction and loyalty scores. The event achieved an impressive Customer Satisfaction Score of 9.22/10, with Exhibitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) reaching 72.2 and Visitor NPS at 79.3 — significantly exceeding international benchmarks.
Remarkably, 88.5% of exhibitors confirmed their intention to return for SATTE 2026, compared to the global benchmark of 27%. Additionally, 86% of visitors indicated they are extremely likely to recommend the event. In terms of business impact, 84% of visitors and 78% of exhibitors rated SATTE as “very important” to their business — surpassing global exhibition averages by a wide margin.
