The Johor government is engaging with ride-hailing company Grab to update the Cross-Border Travel Agreement, aiming to make travel between Johor and Singapore more seamless.

Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi said the talks were a key topic during a recent meeting with Grab’s senior management. These discussions are part of broader plans to improve Johor’s tourism and transportation sectors ahead of Visit Johor Year 2026 (TMJ 2026).
