Eid Al Adha Travel Demand Pushes Airfares Up by 60%

As UAE residents prepare for the upcoming Eid Al Adha holiday, travel demand to Arab and regional destinations is rapidly increasing—along with ticket prices.

Bharat Aidasani, Managing Partner at Pluto Travels, reports that airfares to Arab destinations have jumped by as much as 60% during the Eid holiday period. The sharp rise is driven by strong demand and limited seat availability.

“Because of the peak season, people love to travel—especially in the summer and during holidays like Eid,” said Aidasani, noting that demand for travel continues to grow steadily.

With more residents planning getaways, travelers are being advised to book early to secure better fares and availability.
