Travel Marquette has introduced the Junior Explorer Pass to encourage families to discover Marquette County in a fun and educational way.
The free pass lets participants check in at seven different spots around the county. Along the way, explorers learn about the Leave No Trace principles to help protect the environment.
Those who visit enough locations can win prizes such as patches or backpacks.
Susan Estler, CEO of Travel Marquette, says the pass is a great way for both locals and visitors to explore new places in the county.
“It’s a fun way to encourage people to try different locations they might not have visited before,” Estler said.
